From planning and approvals to demolition, site works and construction, we manage the process to deliver projects efficiently, professionally and with clear communication at every stage.
With in-house capability RESIDEV can manage more of the subdivision process directly, significantly reducing the number of contractors and interfaces to be coordinated.
Meet Matt - The Founder
The company was founded by Matt O’Toole, a project manager with a passion for property development and construction.
After more than a decade working on infrastructure projects within Western Australia, Matt decided to hang up the corporate hat and pursue his passion full time, helping home owners achieve their property goals faster.
Matt’s previous roles have included Project Manager and Project Engineer on projects valued up to 20 Million dollars. He holds a Graduate Certificate in Project Mangement from Curtin University, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and is currently completing the Diploma of Building and Construction to obtain WA Builders Registration.
